These are general questions that our customers ask frequently.

To Cancel / Change an Order
If you would like to cancel or to make a change to an existing
order, please contact us as soon as possible as most orders
usually ship out within 48 hours. Once an order is sent out
to the shipping department we cannot guarantee that the order
will be changed. |

Missing Order
If you haven’t received your order in the allotted timeframe,
contact our customer service department and they will be able
to check the status of your order. |

Missing Item(s)
If you receive your order and something is missing (i.e. parts),
contact our customer service department and they will be able
to send you out your missing item(s). |

Received the Wrong Product
If you believe you received the wrong product, do not open the
package if possible. Contact our customer service department
and if necessary, they will send you out the correct product.
Sometimes, a product substitution has been made if an item is
discontinued or out of stock. See Product Substitutions below
for more details. |

Product Substitutions
While we try our best to keep our website and system up to date
with the latest information, occasionally something will become
discontinued or out of stock before we have a chance to make
the necessary changes. When possible, we will try to substitute
your item for a similar or higher quality product. If you are
unhappy with the new product please contact our customer service
department. |

Refund Help
Refunds typically take about 7 business days to process and
show up on your credit card statement. If you are returning
the product(s), your refund will be processed once we receive
the item(s). If it has been longer than the allotted timeframe,
contact customer service and they will check the status of your
refund. |
